How can we help?

Vigil is an early iPhone release. For help, email hello@karthikmahadevan.com.

Before contacting support

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Vigil version, what you expected, and what happened. Never email a private recording, password, sign-in token, or other sensitive evidence unless you have deliberately chosen to share it.

Cloud copies

Google Drive copies appear in the Vigil folder in the connected Google account. iCloud Drive copies appear in iCloud Drive/Vigil/Recordings. Both options begin only after the recording has finished.

Emergency help

Vigil is not an emergency service and cannot guarantee that a call or recording succeeds. If you are in immediate danger, use the official emergency services and safety features available where you are.
